Registrations to ESEIW 2019
The registration fees for ESEIW 2019 cover the materials, the scientific program, lunch, and coffee/tea according to the chosen event as well as the Welcome reception. Non-student registrations include one complementary Event Dinner ticket. A limited number of extra tickets (Event Dinner and Welcome Receptions) will be available for purchase in the moment of registration.
The final price depends on the chosen events and ordered tickets. Therefore, the attendee needs to indicate all of your options before proceeding to the payment.
The ESEIW 2019 registration fees can be paid with major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Elo, Discover). When proceeding to the registration form, please keep the correct invoice address at hand. Note that the registration is binding, please read through the cancellation terms below.
Just in case, be sure the credit card is authorized to make transactions in Latin America. Refused/Cancelled transactions will demand to make a new registration in the system.
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by September 10th, 2019. There will be an administrative fee of 35% deducted from each refund.
